RSB build breaks

Hello,

After fixing the logical error in the parser, it exposed another issue
that's causing RSB to break. Strange that it was hidden for so long.

The fix is on the way and will be posted soon by Ricardo from Gemini
software. This is going to be another one-line fix with the if checkers.
The build breaks at rtems-gdb-10.cfg.

Sorry for not checking the build before. Since this patch was posted to
branch 5 as well, the fix needs to be posted there as well.
