[PATCH 00/26] Synchronize timecounter with FreeBSD

This patch set synchronizes kern_tc.c with the latest FreeBSD version.
Some changes were discussed on a FreeBSD mailing list.  Two patches were
integrated in FreeBSD which help using the timecounters in RTEMS.

One patch adds a callback registration for NTP support.
