GSoC-2022 Introduction

Hello, I'm Yuto Kaihara.
I'm student of master course in Japan. and My discord name is acerola243.

I was interested in RTOS and wanted to contribute.
In GSoC-2022, I would like to improve BSP support for Raspberry pi 4.

I have 2 years of experience in MCU development. However, I have no
experience in SoC bare metal development.

I'm going to send Patch and screenshot via discord.
