While converting the libbsd.txt in the 6-freebsd-12 branch I noticed 
that this tool is not present on the master branch. If we ever want to 
update libbsd from FreeBSD 12 to a newer version, it is important that 
everything is available in the 6-freebsd-12 and master branches.

I do currently some preparations to make an update of the 6-freebsd-12 
branch. The last update was:

     Update to FreeBSD stable/12 2020-02-10

     Git mirror commit 0d1c391321b34b3025cf0e72f2231d836ff76da8.

This update will cover more than two years of FreeBSD development. Also 
FreeBSD switched from SVN to Git in the mean time.
