warnings report on builder wrong?

Chris wrong the bsp builder so I have no idea. But I saw ones which were
triggered in bsp specific files along with some tests. The tests might have
gotten counted elsewhere. Fix them if you see them.

I'm not sure what to look for on the build VMs.
