Introduction

[Shah Priyanshu (B23CS1099)]

Greetings,
I am Priyanshu Shah, an aspiring computer engineer currently in my pre
final year of bachelors in computer science and engineering.

I have deep interest in Operating Systems, Embedded systems, Robotics, Real
time systems and have taken up projects within codebases like PX4
autopilot.

But I am fairly new to open source development, contributions and GSOC. My
aim is to target GSOC for 2026 with rtems but need some help regarding the
same.

I have noticed that the codebase is managed on gitlabs, on which I lack any
experience, this I'm facing a hard time finding good first issues.

I would really appreciate if I could communicate with someone over discord
to try to understand how to properly start my journey of open source
contributions.
