how do I target EGCS for RTEMS under Cygwin32?

Hi,

the subject says it all, really, I'm a complete newbie to all this, I'd
like to compile EGCS for RTEMS under the Cygwin32 library (b19) but all
my attempts have resulted in various failures.

If any kindly subscriber knows how to do this then I'd be most grateful
for a list of instructions (preferably directed at the idiot level !)
