Duplicated symbols in BSS section

Dear,

When I make netdemo.exe and check symbols through following commands,

  /usr2/rtems/tools/netdemos-4.5.0-beta1b/netdemo/o-optimize/powerpc-rtems-nm netdemo.exe >
netdemo_nm.txt

some symboles which exist in .bss section are duplicated. 
I didn't understand why this problem is happen.

I attach the linkcmds & netdemo_nm.txt files.
You can find "max_linkhdr" and "brg_spd" are located in same address 0x5F504 in netdemo_nm.txt

I appreciated any answer.
