This is just the floating point support library required for the 68040 to be
fully IEEE fp compliant (I forget the spec no ;). The _real_ m68k CPU
support is found in c/src/exec/score/cpu/m68k. Beta 4.5 runs fine on my
ColdFire boards :)

The RTEMS directory structure takes a bit of getting used to (and it's
change quite a bit from 4.0) but it does make sense eventually. The
exec/score directory contains the source to the core executive including all
of the different CPUS.
