The big changes with this snapshot area:

  + addition of ChangeLogs.  If it seems like somewhere
    needs one, speak up.
  + addition of stub or16 and or32 ports.  These will
    hopefully quickly become ports to the Opencores.org
    CPUs.  
  + some mvme167 BSP improvements
  + some mpc8xx and mbx8xx improvements

With the addition of ChangeLogs, I am reevaluating the
time-consuming snapshot announcements I used to do.  I can
generate a functionally equivalent thing using cvs diff
on ChangeLogs between two snapshots.  From here on out, I
am going to try that.
