[RTEMS] Where is "features.h"

Hi All:

When building the TCP/IP protocol stack from c\src\libnetworking\netinet,
an include file "features.h" is missing. Does anybody know where to find
that file?

When building RTEMS kernel, the include file cpuopts.h or targopts.h at
system.h can not be found. Where are them, too.
