The rpms only contain those parts which are distributed with gcc, newlib, gdb
and binutils. libgcj is not part of these packages.

Yes. Actually, you probably will have to port it to rtems.

As there already are several people working on java for RTEMS, somebody
already might be working on this.

No -- At least not as part of OAR's RTEMS' rpms.
