Building RTEMS on Sparc

Yes.  This is a valid workaround.

The purpose of the sys-include directory is to manually insert
"foreign" .h files into the build process.  Say you were building
a Linux->Solaris (unix->unix) cross compiler.  You could grab the
native Solaris .h files and put them in sys-include.
