BSP for Motorola FADS860 board !

Hi,
Is there any BSP for Motorola FADS860 board ?
Since I'm a newbie to RTEMS, porting "eth_comm"
BSP to "FADS860" is not very easy to me, but my
project need it now, so if anybody have the 
experience, please email me the full BSP.
