Viewing RTEMS structures

I've compiled the Hello World app for RTEMS using the GNU compiler bundled
with RTEMS and with -g variously set to nothing, fstabs and fstabs3 and
downloaded it to the VisionICE debugger. The debugger is only able to
recognize Configuration as a structure and nothing else (i.e.
BSP_configuration). Has anyone else experienced such a problem and got a
solution ?
