http demo - alive at last

I've finally got http demo running on my card - WHOOPEE! - many thanks to
all who helped.  

The last hurdle I had to overcome was that GoAhead expects to find its files
in /web, e.g. /web/index.html.  I rearranged my files so that my index.html
was in ../http/web and then tarring web.

The attached patch, which needs to go on top of my previous one, will fix
the tar step in the Makefile.
