The RPMs include gjc so you should not have to build it unless
you are working on fixing something. This is the list of RPMs
for the "revision 6" of the gccnewlib set:

rtems-base-gcc-gcc2.95.2newlib1.8.2-6.i386.rpm
i386-rtems-chill-gcc2.95.2newlib1.8.2-5.i386.rpm
i386-rtems-g77-gcc2.95.2newlib1.8.2-5.i386.rpm
i386-rtems-gcc-gcc2.95.2newlib1.8.2-5.i386.rpm
i386-rtems-gcj-gcc2.95.2newlib1.8.2-5.i386.rpm
i386-rtems-objc-gcc2.95.2newlib1.8.2-5.i386.rpm

Install the base RPM and gcc-gcc one, then you
can install the optional languages. The gjc one
is the one you are interested in.

WARNING: I have no idea how well any of the secondary
languages work. As people use them, they will
improve.

gcc.gnu.org to find out what is really in
gcc 2.95.2. It would not surprise me to find
out that it is immature and that you need add-on
libraries.
