Great.

FYI we are using RPM to provide binaries at first because all these
packaging systems are different.  Learning and mastering each will 
take time.  In the meantime, using RPM gives useable binaries.

That is our eventual plan.  With Cygwin, David Fiddes built the first
couple of rounds of them and assisted us in getting things 
going.  He still gives LOTS of advice!! :)

I would like to involve Ralf in this because I don't know how this
will impact the configure/make setup of the scripts and scripts-ada
directories.
