Remote debugging

The prebuilt binaries don't have the remote debugging 
enabled -- you have to build from source with the
target powerpc-RTEMS (capital).

Hmmm... this is reaching the point where it needs to
be part of the started configuration and we just fight the
autoconf problems as needed.
