bit of a problem cos in the latest snapshot (2000929) the posix stuff wont
build, does this work in the beta /3
versions ?, i get problems with,

PTHREAD_CANCEL_DISABLE
PTHREAD_CANCEL_ENABLE
PTHREAD_CANCEL_ASYNCHRONOUS
PTHREAD_CANCEL_DEFERRED

and a load of other not being defined,.
