It is not broken but there is a transition issue he needs to deal with.

These constants are actually in pthread.h which has moved packages.
pthread.h is now included in the RPMs since it is required to build
multi-thread aware gcc support libraries.  Previously it was in the
RTEMS
source code.  You need to be on beta3a with the RPMs or tool sources
from there.  The cancel constants are there and pthread_cancel() works.

pthread.h must be provided by your toolset.
