compiling

Hi,

I'm still trying to convert from 4.0 bare m68k to 4.5 bare m68k. Can anyone explain why, after
m68k-rtems-gcc compiles the file to a .o then /opt/rtems/lib/gcc-lib/m68k-rtems/2.95.2/cpp and
/opt/rtems/m68k-rtems/bin/as are called to do apparently the same thing? I suspect I've done
something wrong here in the makefile or a config file.

Thanks
russ
