This BSP was declared obsolete between 4.0 and 4.5.  If you want to use
a PC as a target, then try the pc386 BSP on the i386-rtems target.  It 
produces
various format executables that can be used with a number of boot loaders.
It supports variants for different CPU models (486, p5, k6, etc.)

As I recall, it only worked with djgpp 1 which was part of the reason 
for abandoning it.  Everyone
seemed more interested in the native RTEMS version.
