Help Building RTEMS for Windows NT

Hi,
looks like you are missing some tools here. Did you use the Cygwin-Install of the OAR site? Then you could have use the rpm-files. These do a lot of good for you. (I know: it's a big download... :-( )
You are at least missing autoconf, automake etc. These maight be quite important in the building process... Goodluck!
