RTEMS, and I presume the boot ROM as well, broadcast the DHCP request
and so need to know neither the IP nor Ethernet address of the DHCP
server. Try using a network sniffer (for example ethereal if you've
got a linux machine somewhere on the network segment) to see if the
request is making it to the DHCP server and if the server is replying.
