How can i run "Hello" program on i386ex(+)

Hello!
I Sucsesfully compils SS RTEMS (pc386 & i386ex) and "Hello" Test!
My host is Linux RedHat 6.2
My target - i386ex.
Now i can run "Hello" program for pc386 from GNU GRUB boot floppy disk.
But I need working with i386ex...
Can i with Grub or some another program start my i386ex "Hello" test
program?
I have Pentium with Win2000/Win95/RedHatLinux...
