Cygwin Build

Hello All,

I'm having a problem building RTEMS-4.5.0 under the current Cygwin
environment. It would appear from the configure output that Cygwin
isn't being detected. Is this an autoconf problem  that can be overridden,
or a symptom of something else? (The toolchain is the precompiled one from
OAR and is working correctly)
