With the pc386 the first step is build a init.obj file too big.
objcopying the file a new init.exe is leanned ready to copy into diskette
and ready to run in a GRUB diskette.

In the sh-hitachi the same case. A big init.exe but with objcopy a new
ini.bin
is builded with only the code (text section) and idata (data initial
section).
