This should be the last preview.  A handful of minor problems
were addressed:

  + chdir() now checks permissions
  + mptests now all pass
  + sparc/erc32 can run tm27
  + CPUs with no FPU can now link all tests
  + PowerPC FPU context now uses double size when appropriate
  + rtems++ test links now with compiled for DEBUG variant
