BSP Makefile variables

TMPINSTALL_FILES += $(PROJECT_INCLUDE)/myheader.h

all-local: $(TMPINSTALL_FILES) $(ARCH) $(OBJS) $(PGM)

I'm sure there's better ways, but this works for me with 4.5.0.
