This is probably a floating point exception thats not being handled.

On the MongooseV bsp at least, the fp exception handling routine must
be set by the user (legal issues surrounding the fp exception code we
use prevent us from contributing it back to RTEMS, though the
Net/Open/WhateverBSD MIPS exception code is very close to being
directly usable).
