RTEMS ss-20020215 available

This primarily fixes some build problems discovered in 20020205
such as not completely honoring prefix != /opt/rtems and some
unix build problems.  There is also a first cut at a mips gdb
serial stub in libbsp/shared which is designed to integrate into
the RTEMS MIPS exception processing.
