Making drivers

Hello,
    I am having trouble making a network driver. When I try to compile,
I get many errors in the include files. It seams like there is two
versions of include files, one that comes with the system, and the other
resides in libnetworking directory. I am doing my development on a linux
platform and the RTEMS binaries are running on linux. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
