Mail server changes

We will be deploying mail.oarcorp.com tomorrow afternoon to a separate
machine.  This will take quite a large load off the web server and hopefully
improve performance for both mail and web services.  Since the RTEMS
mail lists will reside on this machine, there will be downtime for the 
lists late
tomorrow afternoon and will remain difficult to access until DNS settles 
out.  
The IP address for mail will be 216.107.91.228.
