New add-on-packages available

Updated versions of the add-on packages (AVL, ncurses, readline) are 
available in

Changes:	
	Improved bit script
	Modify terminfo.src to work on case-insenstive file systems (Mac OS X)
	Modify Makefile.common to work with latest RTEMS snapshots
	Readline package updated to latest version ( readline-4.3)
