missing libraries in microwindows

For some reason, when I build mircowindows for rtems, the lib directory
does not contain the microwin libraries (libmwinlib.a/libmwin.a) even
though I did set it to be build in the config file:

MICROWIN                 = Y
NANOX                    = Y
SHAREDLIBS               = N
OBJFRAMEWORK             = N

Is there anything else to be done to have these libraries built?
