missing libraries in microwindows

The only thing I can say is: they should be there. Are you sure that 
there was no compilation
errors, preventing the libs from being created ?

Maybe one of these days, I would have time to take the "dust" of my PC 
386, and
get RTEMS running on it, again. :-)
