outstanding patches

Hi,

If you have outstanding patches that you do not know the status of, 
please ping me.  I would like to get a snapshot out in the near future.

I definitely am confused about whether I have merged enough for
PR152 -- the librdbg stuff.  And I think Thomas has that bootp
which I have no clue whether it is ready or not. :)
