rdbg support for m68k broken?

Hi,

today i succeeded to add the rdbg server to my m68k software 
(based on rtems-ss-20020205). A patch similar to Till's 
generated the required files.

I also could build a m68k-RTEMS-gdb based on gdb-5.0 and the 
patches 

gdb-5.0-m68k-rdbg.diff      
gdb-5.0-rtems-20020102.diff

I also could establish communication between the gdb and the 
target.

But Commands like "next" do not work. Working commands are 
e.g.: 

step
break
info thread
print <var>

etc. 

Now my questions:

-Who has been working recently with this combination (m68k and 
rdbg) and with which patches/snapshots?

- Any further hints?
