Adding a route

Hi all.

Does anyone know how to implement this command for RTEMS:

route add -host 192.168.10.1 eth0
(it's a Linux command)

My RTEMS' eth0 interface have address=192.168.0.1.

There are no problems using Linux, but
how to add such route in RTEMS?
