How to download RTEMS to the target board ?

This is all board dependent.  You might have a ROM monitor which
downloads across the net or download using a debugger or
processor emulator.  So it depends upon your board.

Worse, I think the arm_bare_bsp is an early example of an
ARM BSP because the initial port was to a proprietary ARM
variant.  I do not think it corresponds to any real hardware
and is certainly not intended to be functional without work.
I posted a couple of weeks ago about obsoleting it and removing
it since it didn't serve a role anymore.
