rtems ss-20020417 and new snapshot docs available

Hi,

It is in ftp://ftp.oarcorp.com/pub/rtems/snapshots/current.
There were a few fixes including the MCP750 BSP build problem.
The main thing is that the Development Environment Guide now
builds and http://www.oarcorp.com/rtemsdoc-current

Comments really appreciated the Development Environment Guide.
It is a substantial update.

Now that a nice snapshot is out, I will work to get 4.6 pre2
out the door.
