Error During Make for i386ex BSP - Beginner HELP

After Sucessful configuration of RTEMS (it says to do a make all at the
end)....I do ... make all install ... as said in the RTEMS Getting
Started c/++ manual...
and i get an error like this below at the end...

May i know the cause of this error and how to rectify it?
