Does RTEMS GDB is only rdbg ?

Hello, again.
	One more simple question. 
	As I was able to understand, the powerpc-rtems-gdb which one can receive 
after patching standard gdb, differs from the last only by rdbg (debug server 
using Sun RPC). 
	Is this correct?
