patching GCC 3.2.2 for RTEMS

Right.  All oarcorp.com references should already be changed to
rtems.com in the source.  We just need to regenerate them with the
next spin.

I don't see anything obvious.  What host are you on?  You could just
download the tool binaries and skip all this.
