Bug in mon-manager.c in Rtems 4.6pre4

Hi..

I think there is a Bug in the mon-monager.c.

I use RTEMS4.6pre4 on a PowerPC MPC565 Board. The content of Memory Address
0x0000000 is not 0x00000000 but 0x4B6C6175. In that case the 'rtems-monitor'
brings by command 'queue' an exeception. If the content is 0x00000000 the
command will run without exeception.

Is this behavoir volitional or a Bug ?
