invalid variable name: build_alias

I'm also seeing the cygwin build_alias bug.  I was able to get configure to
complete by switching from --target=m68k-rtems to --target=m68k-elf-rtems
(and hacking up my cross compiler directories to comply), but make just
failed.  Looks like it was setting up to build the gen68302 bsp.

I've copied /bin/bash.exe to /bin/sh.exe.  There's no virus scan app
running.  Any other thoughts?

/bin/sh.exe --version reports:
	GNU bash, version 2.05b.0(1)-release (i686-pc-cygwin)
	Copyright (C) 2002 Free Software Foundation, Inc.

My configure and make commands:

../rtems-4.6.0pre5/configure --target=m68k-elf-rtems
--prefix=/cygdrive/e/opt/rtems --disable-posix --disable-networking
--disable-cxx

make all
