Tool Chain

Hello,

I sent in an earlier inquiry, but say no response, perhaps my inquiring 
didn't get through the server links during these holidays.

Anyway, I have MKS Tools installed on my machines.

Everything I have seen recommends Cygwin to build RTEMS, but MKS is also 
POSIX compliant, so I was thinking either shell should work.

Can I build RTEMS using MKS instead of Cygwin?
