Request For Comments on Removing AMD29K Support

Hi,

Since the 4.6 branch has been cut, it is now time to consider
purging ports and BSPs no longer of interest.  The first 
configuration under consideration is the AMD A29K port.

Is there anyone using this target or who has a good 
reason to keep it?

Support for the a29k has been dropped in gcc and gdb
so we are just following their lead.

If there are no comments, then the first post 4.6 snapshot will
include it, the 2nd will not.
