termios baud rate

Hey all,

i had (and still have) some problems with the baudrate of the console,
U-Boot sets it to 115200, and that works fine, RTEMS boots, and the
simple programs like hello work fine, but programs liek the monitor and
termios test keep setting the speed back to 9600. I "fixed" this by
changing the default setting in RTEMS to 115200, but that can't be the
solution.

Is there anyway for a BSP to inform termios that the console is running
a other speed than 9600 ?
